What You’ll Do:
• Take ownership of complex client projects and lead cross-functional teams to analyze strategic challenges and deliver solutions.
• Manage high stakes client relationships, ensuring successful project execution and valuable insights.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Contribute to Konsert’s growth by actively participating in business development, team-building efforts, and strategic initiatives.
Your Background and Expertise:
• 4-6 years of professional experience in management consulting, ideally with a focus on digital or technology-based competitiveness.
• A strong academic foundation with a Master’s degree in engineering, business, or law.
• Proven experience managing teams and projects, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex data sets.
• Stimulated by working in an intellectually demanding environment and passionate about developing impactful solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and manage stakeholder relationships.
